It's on the cards! New easy-to-use FREE information pack from Marinecall and the Met Office

Marinecall, in association with the Met Office, provides essential weather information to sailors via phone, fax and internet.

10-day inshore, offshore and 5-day European coastal area forecasts for a total of 168 locations around the UK and near-European coastline can easily be accessed by the technology of your choice.  With this in mind, Marinecall has published a FREE wallet and set of cards each featuring the relevant information you need.

Colour-coded for quick identification, there are separate cards for the phone, fax, internet and other interesting options such as European forecasts (for French Atlantic coast and parts of coastal Spain and Portugal) each showing how to get the forecast and how much it costs.  These handy cards also facilitate time and cost savings by listing the 4-digit area codes to get the information you're after, so you don't have to listen to - and pay for - information you don't need.

This meanst that, for the first time, sailors can select which numbers they have to hand in which locations: Internet details at the office, fax instructions at home and phone in the car or onboard.
